The above rates apply for charters of 7 nights minimum – All prices subject to change without prior notice.
The prices include current VAT 12% of the charter fee, Use of the boat and the equipment, Bed linen, towels, and blankets, one set per cabin, per week, Cooking gas, Assistance from our staff.
The prices do not include Food Provisioning, Fuels, Internet Wi-fi router, Mooring fees

*In case food is not provided by the charterer, then the additional cost of 30€ per day should be provided for food provisioning.

Check-in: embarkation date at 17.00 pm. (local time)
Check out: disembarkation date at 09.00 am. (local time) – The yacht should be returned to base a day before the end of the above-mentioned period, at 17.00 pm at the latest.

Way of Payments
30% of the total charter fee is required as a down payment up to seven (7) days after the booking.
70% of the remaining balance of the charter fee is required forty days (40) prior to embarkation, by bank transfer.

In case of late payments, Lagoon Nepa reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is requested, at the commencement of the charter. The amount is payable 50% by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and 50% in cash and is refundable upon the completion of the charter, in case of no damages.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation 2 calendar months before the embarkation at the latest. The cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit payment. The other 50% of the deposit payment will be refunded or can be kept as deposit payment for the next season’s charter (D or C period).

For cancellations that occur after the 2 calendar month limit, between 59 days and the day and time of your departure, the deposit and full payment are non-refundable.

Sailing Qualifications
Two skippers with international sailing licenses or 1 professional license are mandatory and proven experience is required. Only sailing licenses, in the English language, valid for offshore without limitations, for international waters, are accepted.
